The classes at the University of Chicago Professional Education's Cybersecurity Bootcamp is taught in a virtual environment. You can interact remotely with your peers and instructors via cloud-based chat from the comfort of your own home.

Do I need a degree or any experience before applying?
There are no prerequisites required to enroll in the University of Chicago Professional Education's Cybersecurity Bootcamp.
Can I apply any credits to a degree?
Participation in our bootcamp does not result in credits applicable to any other courses or degree programs.
How much does tuition cost?
Tuition for the Cybersecurity Bootcamp is $17,800, not including the Intro Course for $180.

Yes, we do accept the GI Bill® Benefit. The University of Chicago Cybersecurity Bootcamp, offered in partnership with ThriveDX, is one of the only VA-approved non-credit cybersecurity bootcamps in the US. Do I need to be a current student to qualify?
No. Our Cybersecurity Bootcamp is open to individuals with any professional or educational background.
I work full-time already. Will I still be able to join a bootcamp?
We designed our bootcamps with busy schedules in mind. Cybersecurity courses take place on evening weekdays to fit into your life.
Do I need to purchase supplies, such as books or software?
All students are required to have access to a computer with the minimum requirements, as well as a reliable internet connection. Additional supplies may be required.
